After checking in, a person accompanies us to the room, we select the most spacious room (Superior Twin, 33m²), they are located in a separate building from the reception (the hotel is of a medium size, you can easily walk among all its facilities), it is a construction that looks like 2 levels but it really has three, the lower level is in a certain way underground and has no windows to the outside. the middle level has a semi-balcony, and the upper level is a balcony. We recommend the upper level, we were assigned to the middle level.
Upon arrival to the room we find 2 double beds (1,40m wide), mini bar with some products, air conditioning, a large bathroom, TV, security box, a wardrobe, telephone, alarm clock, instructions, desk with chair and a sofa on which a thin person can eventually sleep.
Out in the “balcony” we have two chairs and a wooden trunk that functions as a table; Very nice to read or contemplate birds, squirrels and plants. Being on the second floor the balconies are at ground level, there are no divisions between the balconies of the other rooms, in fact you can perfectly enter your room over there, so remember to close it well when you leave.
Let’s start with the bathroom, it has a ventilation duct but it does not have natural light, it has hot water, it is wide and it is in an acceptable level of cleaning, cleaning is something subjective and depends on each person, for strict people with this We do not recommend it since the sink and some vertices of the shower have some fungi, but for most people who do not detail so much will be fine.
There is an outlet inside the bathroom and in this room there was no hair dryer (accessory that is important for women), so if it is necessary for you, you must take it. Also included amenities, 2 body towels, one hand towel and one additional that you can put on the floor, 2 glass glasses, the shower in this room (we do not know if all) has a glass division.
Another negative point in our room is that behind the night table there is some kind of humidity and the hanging paper has been lifted, however it is not serious.
In general it is fine, the beds are very comfortable and has good lighting, this room is recommended for 3 to 4 people, for visits of 2 people the rooms are smaller and are located in another sector, the bathroom is smaller, the floor is in rustic tile and have a small living room outside the room, the room service is a little expensive, for example an American breakfast has a cost of 48,500 $cop (17usd), the products of the mini bar are also expensive, approximately double or triple of the normal cost in a supermarket although this is normal in almost all hotels.
